Explore Rancho Verde
Environment & Vision
When the owner of Rancho Verde purchase the 589 acres, he envisioned a community of homes designed with an environmental sensitivity that maximized the site’s exquisite beauty. That is why over 40% of the development remains open spaces with access to the natural trail systems and Cibola National Forest.
To bring that vision to life, Consensus Planning in Albuquerque was engaged to help create a special space that merged 255 residential lots with 240 acres of environmentally sensitive and unique open space. This balance is a rarity in the East Mountains, allowing residents comfortable, secure homesites situated right along side walkable, natural game trails and stunning desert scenery. The rugged, varied elevation, many walkable trails and unique greenery can be enjoyed daily; and the stunning air clarity and lack of rural pollution can be enjoyed each evening as you star gaze at the crystalline heavens.
