Rancho Verde Story: Part 8 – The Builders

 

Just an example of the many Recommended Builders in New Mexico. Prime contributors to Rancho Verde.

Rancho Verde is a phased residential lot sub-division currently offering Phase 4 lots of 1+ acre on very buildable terrain with sweeping views of the Sandia Mountains. Services include paved roads, electricity, high quality water, high speed internet and a sensible Home Owners Association (annual dues are currently only $76 and have been under $80 for 20+ years).

Rancho Verde is located 20 minutes east of Albuquerque via I-40, a highway that experiences minimal congestion and provides a direct and relaxing commute in the mornings and evenings.

Three recommended builders who have had actual experience building homes in Rancho Verde and the East Mountains are:

2) Peggy Harwell of Peggy Harwell Designs (formerly Harwell Custom Homes). Peggy has been active in the construction industry for over 25 years. She started building in Rancho Verde right from the inception of the development with her first Rancho Verde home being awarded 1st place in the Parade of Homes. Peggy has been responsible for the construction of a dozen custom homes in Rancho Verde and she is recognized for her care, design flare and attention to detail. 3) Bain and Janet Cochran of Bain Cochran Construction, LLC. Bain and Janet are long time residents of the East Mountains and reside in the Sandia Mountain Ranch Sub-Division on a property which is immediately next door to Rancho Verde. Bain and Janet have owned and operated their family based construction business for all of their working lives and are very familiar with construction in the East Mountains. They have been actively building fine homes in New Mexico for over 35 years. They are currently building several homes which can be viewed on their web-site. They enjoy the reputation of being “on time and on budget”.
